Shoebury Studios offers a highly recommended singing teacher with the experience needed for you to learn everything you need to know about singing.

About Gemma:

Gemma is a young friendly and enthusiastic teacher who has her own style of teaching her students. Gemma is professionally trained in classical and musical theatre. She has been singing since the age of 8 and has written composed and produced many of her own songs. Gemma has won several singing awards and has been part of many stage shows.

Facilities:

Shoebury Studios offer everything that is needed to help practise singing to the highest level. You will not just be taught to sing but also put your confidence to the test! No confidence? Then this is exactly where to come to get rid of those nerves. We will have you singing using a professional P.A on a stage using a microphone. We may even turn the show lights on for you.

Lesson plans:

Classes will always begin with breath control and a vocal warm up. We then move onto our chosen songs, whether it being musical theatre to pop to R&B. We cater for all styles of music. The songs will be reviewed and vocal techniques will be given to help you improve. Then we would work on your performance skills.

This may not go to plan every lesson, we might have half a lesson of trying new songs for your repertoire. Gemma is not one for making rules, if you want to come along a try out a new song go ahead. If you want Gemma to pick you songs that suit your voice, that’s what she will do.
